In Progress
Your device is in progress with repair.

Waiting on Customer  
We have made an attempt to call, please call us back to continue with your repair.

Waiting for parts
Waiting for parts to arrive from a supplier to complete your repair.

On Clamps
The repair for your device is in the last stages from completion.

Waiting for Specialist
Work required on your repair requires one of our specialist techs to continue the work.

Repaired
Your device is ready for collection!
