ITZ Computers / iPhone Repairs Geelong Instore Booking Services.

 

Due to the overwhelming demand of customers requiring assistance in use of devices and needing ongoing "customer support" for services, we have allocated 1 business day each week (Thursdays) to be a day of customer support. Fees will apply.

 

We now offer instore assistance where we will dedicate allocated time slots to helping you better understand your Phone, Tablet and/or Laptops.

 

This service is currently ONLY available for online bookings and for this assistance to only be available via appointment booking only.

 

If you'd like to book assistance with something mentioned below:

• Email Setup / Potential Email Recovery

• Better understand your handset / tablet

• Setting up of softwares

Coming instore outside of the hours this service is offered will result in staff of ITZ to direct you to the website to make an appointment.

 

This service is NOT for repairs. Repair services still operate on walk in with no appointments neccessary.
